Running

Running, it's something I've been wanting to do lately.  Might start doing that this week.  What do you think?

  1. I eat, breathe, and sleep running!! One of my favorite experiences in my everyday life is dragging myself out of bed at the crack of dawn for a run. Nothing like feeling like you are getting a leg up on the world when it is nothing but you and the birds outside.

  2. Running can be good exercise, but take it easy to start and make sure your footwear is good! It'd suck to start off too hard and hurt yourself!

    I'd make sure you're doing sprints as well, once a week (but no more than that) - you'll get more benefit from those than long-slow-distance stuff (sprints build both fast- and slow-twitch muscles). But light cardio is good, too!
